Terms & Conditions for our Aktara Tonni all over the world==============================
1. Product, once sold, can not be returned or cancelled.
2. Replacement Policy: Replacement can be done in case a damaged product is received. (T&C mentioned below)
2a. Parcel opening video is mandatory.
2b. Product should be unused and unworn. Tag and invoice should be intact with Aktara original packaging.
2c. It should be replaced within 10 days of delivery.
2d. No refund will be entertained until Aktara decides. Only product charge will be transferred online in case of refund.
2e. Product can not be exchanged with any other product.
2f. To replace the product, contact us with an order number on our whatsapp (0000000000). We will get back to you with a hassle free procedure. :-)
3. No refund will be entertained in case of incorrect Delivery address or Phone number.
4. Aktara delivers all over the world. Delivery charges are applicable except West Bengal.
5. Aktara provides all handloom products, it may take 10-15 days on selected Sarees within India.
6. Product will be delivered by 00 Business days within India and It will take 00 Business Days for International Shipping depending on your location.
6. Aktara accepts only online Payment. (i.e Credit Card & Debit Card (Domestic & International), G Pay, Ph Pay, NetBanking etc)
